PSV AND WILLEM II
After analyzing matches for fun on Twitter, Koen Bloks, the founder of Tactical Base, who was initially working as a marketer, secured a contract with PSV Eindhoven to join the coaching staff under head coach Mark van Bommel. Following his departure, Koen was presented with a fresh opportunity at Willem II. However, it was during this period that he began contemplating the idea of individual coaching, instead of team analysis, driven by a desire for a more unique impact and sustainable future.

After analyzing thousands of individual clips over several months, drawing inspiration from coaches, and rigorously testing the methodology on individual players, Tactical Base became fully prepared to elevate each and every player. From top-tier players in the highest divisions to those in lower leagues. In august 2023 Tactical Base has started a partnership with Willem Weijs’ FC Eindhoven side as an individual coach.
