Tactical Base has a partnership with FC Eindhoven for the individual coaching of players from the first team. The collaboration was established after a non-binding presentation on what Tactical Base could mean for the club. Head coach Willem Weijs was immediately enthusiastic and advocated strongly for this collaboration.

Tactical Base encourages players’ awareness and the improvement of decision-making on the field. By reflecting on choices and executions, players become better and, as a result, make better decisions more often. Additionally, they learn individual tactical principles and details, such as improving scanning behavior, footwork, posture, and, even better, how to get into more scoring positions and avoid difficult situations, all within the team tactics set by the head coach.
